The Young at Heart (YAH) Seniors Program operates under the umbrella of Greater Bethel AME Church. Our mission is to plan and implement important senior programs that will increase knowledge, improve visibility, provide informational networking, maintain senior support systems and create outlets for spiritual, physical, mental and recreational needs. We aspire to help each other maintain a better quality of life. Our current program services include coordination a full range of social and cultural activities, transportation assistance, nutritious lunches, exercise classess, emergency financial assistance for basic needs and health information classes.
